摘要
肿瘤血管新生在肿瘤生长及转移过程中起重要作用。血浆纤溶酶原激活剂抑制物1(PAI-1)是由多种细胞分泌的糖化蛋白,在体内参与多种生理过程。近年研究发现,PAI-1在肿瘤血管新生过程中发挥双重作用,在生理浓度范围内PAI-1可以促进肿瘤血管新生,而在药理作用范围内高浓度的PAI-1则抑制肿瘤血管新生,其作用可能是通过对细胞外基质的降解、细胞黏附以及细胞迁移的调节而实现的。
Tumor angiogenesis plays an important role in tumor growth and metastasis. Plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 (PAl-1 ) is a single-chain glycoprotein secreted by many kinds of cells, which participates in many physiological process. Recent studies indicate that PAI-1 appears to have a dual role in tumor angiogen- esis. It displays pro-angiogenic activity at physiological concentrations and anti-antiangiogenic effects at high, pharmacological concentrations, which maybe implemented by regulating degradation of extracellular material cell adhesion and migration.
