摘要
人力资本是经济增长的重要源泉。加大人力资本投资,致力于提高劳动者的科学技术素质和思想道德素质,从而促进经济的发展。本文在舒尔茨的研究理论的基础上,对我国近十几年的经济数据进行分析,找出了人力资本对经济增长的贡献率。
Manpower capital is an important sources of economy growth. Increase of manpower capital, improvement of labor＇s quality of science, technology, thought and morality can promote the development of economy. On the basis of research theory of Shurz, the paper analyzes the economy data in recent decade years. The contribution rate of manpower capital to economy growth is obtained.
