摘要
目的探讨早期探通术治疗新生儿泪囊炎的效果。方法345眼新生儿泪囊炎,均在门诊治疗室进行治疗。方法是自上泪点进针,加压冲洗并直接行泪道探通。随访2年以上。结果343眼痊愈,治愈率达99.42%。结论对于新生儿泪囊炎,早期自上泪点进行探通治疗,是治愈该病的有效方法。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of probing lacrimal passage in early period on neonatorum dacryocystitis. Methods 345 cases of neonatorum dacryocystits were all treaed in out-patient clinic. Lacrimal probe was inserted from superior lacrimal puncture and lacrimal passage was flushed. All these cases were treated by probing lacrimal passage and follow-up more than two years. Results 343 cases recovered and the cured rate was 99.42%. Conclusions Ealier period probing lacrimal passage is a effective way to treat neonatorum dacryocystits.
