烟酸对矽尘暴露人群血清一氧化氮及一氧化氮合酶的影响 被引量:1

摘要 【目的】观察烟酸对矽肺患者和矽尘高暴露人群血清NO、iNOS的影响。【方法】对矽肺患者和矽尘高暴露人群连续给予烟酸片干预12个月,观察其血清NO和iNOS。【结果】与对照组比较,接尘工人(0期)接受烟酸干预6个月和12个月后血清NO平均含量无显著性差异;可疑矽肺患者(0+期)接受烟酸干预6个月后血清NO平均含量低于对照组;与矽肺患者(Ⅰ期)接受烟酸干预6个月和12个月后干预组与对照组血清NO平均含量无显著性差异。接尘工人(0期)接受烟酸干预6个月和12个月后血清iNOS平均活力低于对照组;可疑矽肺患者(0+期)接受烟酸干预6个月和12个月后血清iNOS平均活力低于对照组;矽肺患者(Ⅰ期)接受烟酸干预6个月和12个月后后干预组与对照组血清iNOS活力无显著性差异。【结论】烟酸对矽肺纤维化的影响机制可能与其抑制NO与iNOS生成有关。 [Objective] To observe the influence of nicotinic acid on NO and iNOS in serum of silicosis patients and workers exposed to silica over a long period of time. were observed to probe into its influence on silicosis fibrosis. [ Methods] Silicosis patients and workers exposed to silica over a long period of time were treated with nicotinic acid for 12 months. NO and iNOS in serum were measured. [Results] At 0 and I periods no distinct differences were observed in the serum level of NO both after 6 and 12 months while the serum level of NO at 0^+ periods became lower than that in control group after 6 months. Serum iNOS activity at 0, 0^+ periods became lower than that in control group both after 6 and 12 months while at I period no distinct differences were observed. [ Conclusions] Nicotinic acid restrains silicosis fibrosis probably in the way of restraining the expression of NO and iNOS.
