摘要
研究了用N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)作溶剂制备各类尼龙粉末的方法。探讨了温度、溶剂用量等因素对尼龙粉末粒径的影响。结果表明,制备的尼龙46粉末的体积平均粒径随温度的升高而减小,随溶剂用量的增加而减小;采用DMF作溶剂比用乙醇制备的尼龙粉末体积平均粒径小、粒径分布窄。
The methods for the preparation of various nylon powder with DMF as solvent were studied. The effects of temperature, solvent content on the particle diameter of the prepared nylon powder were discussed. The results indicated the volume average granule diameter of the prepared nylon 46 powders reduced with the rise of the temperature, the same as the increase of the solvent content; the volume average granule diameter of the nylon powders prepared with DMF as solvent was smaller than that of the nylon powders prepared with alcohol as solvent, and the granularity distribution of the former was narrow compared with the latter.
