摘要
根据精铸模零件的特点,采用基于精铸模特征与操作的设计思想,为精铸模零件典型特征建立数据库,将专家经验知识化,开发了涡轮叶片精铸模具工艺规程设计系统,使用该系统,缩短了精铸模工艺规划周期,增强了模具产品的经济时效性。
According to the characteristics of the parts of refined casting mould, the feature database for refined casting mould was established based on the design ideas of the feature and operation of refined casting mould, the design system of the process planning of refine casting mode to turbine blade was developed by using expert system to translate experience into knowledge. The system can enhance efficiency and shorten developing cycle of refined casting mould.
