网络化设备巡检系统的设计与实现

摘要 针对目前的设备巡检系统,其前台巡检仪笨重且只具有数据采集功能,无法及时地对现场采集数据进行分析,其后台管理系统不支持远程访问等问题,设计并实现了网络化设备巡检系统。该系统由前台掌上巡检仪和后台设备巡检管理系统两大部分组成。在该系统中,其前台掌上巡检仪轻便、灵活且可以对现场信号进行基本的时域和频域分析;其后台巡检管理系统不仅可以实现对巡检数据进行更加深入的信号分析、诊断及报表,而且可以通过Internet实现远程访问和共享。 In order to handle the problems of current inspection tour system that the patrol instrument of which is ponderous and only has the function of data acquisition so that the inspection data can not be analyzed immediately on it, that the inspection management system of which cannot be accessed from distance, the networked inspection tour system has been designed and implemented. This system consists of anterior hand-held patrol instrument and inspection management . In the networked inspection tour system, the signals on-slte can be analyzed in both time domain and frequency domain on the portable inspection device ; the inspection data not only can be analyzed further, diagnosed and reported in report forms on the inspection management , but also can be accessed and shared from distance through the Interact.
