摘要
河北省是我国水资源极为缺乏的地区之一,地下水开发利用程度居全国之首。由于地下水开发利用的不合理,产生了一系列资源环境及社会问题。本文将对以上问题做出阐述并从现代水资源管理角度提出防治对策,以促进水资源的可持续发展。
As one of the provinces with serious water shortage, Hebei is the place with highest groundwater exploitation and utilization in China, which leads to a series of environmental and social problems. This paper will give a detailed analysis of the problems and put forward the measures from the modern water resources management point of view. It will help the sustainable development of water resources in Hebei Province.
