摘要
采用不同纬度的田间试验,对大豆异黄酮及其三种苷元含量的影响效应进行了研究。试验结果表明,环境条件的变化及品种对大豆异黄酮及其三种苷元的含量有极显著影响;除黄豆黄素以地点效应最大外,大豆黄素、染料木黄素及总含量均以基因型×地点互作影响效应最大,4种含量基因型影响最小。在黑龙江省范围内,大豆籽粒异黄酮总含量及其三种组分含量均与纬度呈不同程度的正相关。
The variation of isoflavone contents in soybean seed was investigated in this study. There were significant influence of both the environment and the variety on isoflavone contents in soybean seeds. Significant genotype × location interactions were observed in daidzein, genistein and total contents. The effect of location was the biggest in glycitein content. The effect of genotype were the least in the four contents. Positive correlation between latitude and the four types of soybean isoflavones content were observed.
