摘要
目的:观察白细胞介素-2(rhIL-2)联合顺铂治疗恶性胸腔积液的临床疗效。方法:44例恶性胸腔积液患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,抽尽胸液之后,治疗组胸腔注入白细胞介素-2+顺铂,每周1次,1～3周为1疗程,4周后观察疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为82.61%,对照组总有效率52.38%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:白细胞介素-2联合顺铂治疗恶性胸腔积液疗效满意,值得临床推广。
To observe the clinical effect of rhlL - 2 combined with cisplatin in treating malignant pleural effusion. Methods： Total of 44 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. First withdraw all the pleural effusion,after that the treatment group was injected rhlL -2 and cisplatin, control group was injected cisplatin once a week, 1 ～ 3 weeks for one course,4 weeks later, observe the effect, Results： Total effective rate of treatment group was 82.6% ,that of control group 52.38% ,there was obvious difference between them（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： rhlL- 2 combined with cisDlatin is effective in treating maliamant Dleural effusion.
