摘要
对２０例口腔颌面部疾病行股动脉插管作选择性超选择性颈动脉造影。对２例颈动脉损伤和３例了解基底动脉环交通情况的患者均明确了诊断，对５例蔓状血管瘤进行了栓塞治疗，１０例有颈胸部转移的颌面部恶性肿瘤患者进行了动脉灌注化疗，效果良好。对造影方法和治疗方法的选择，造影和栓塞的并发症问题进行了讨论。
Selective and super selective carotid arteriography was conducted after intubation into femoral artery for 20 patients with maxillofacial illness.Diagnosis for 2 patients with carotid injury was confirmed; unclear condition of basilar artery loop in 3 patients was investigated; 5 patients with pampiniform angioma were treated with embolic therapy. Infusion chemotherapy was performed for 10 patients with malignant maxillofacial tumor with cervicothoracic metastasis.Satisfactory results were obtained. Selection for method of arteriography and therapy,as well as complications caused by arteriography and embolisms were discussed.
