摘要
通过对现有企业治理理论的比较分析,探讨了现有研究在国有企业治理方面存在的问题。在此基础上提出了国有企业治理二级代理理论,建立了国有企业二级代理博弈模型,模型分析结果可为国有企业治理提供理论指导。
Through comparative analysis of the existing corporate governance theory, problems of current researches in state - owned enterprise governance are discussed. Based on the analysis of SOE＇ governance theory, two - tier agent theory is provided and a game model with two - tier agent is established. Results of the game analysis provide a guideline to SOE＇ governance.
