摘要
利用模糊理论研究了公共组织绩效管理,通过建立相应的模糊评价模型,在对被评价对象的单个因素进行评价的基础上,对所有因素进行综合模糊评价。研究结果显示,基于模糊理论的公共组织绩效管理模型,可以防止遗漏任何统计信息和信息的中途损失,从而有助于解决用"是"或"否"这样的确定性评价带来的对客观真实的偏离问题。
The public organization performance management is studied from the perspective of fuzzy theory. A fuzzy evaluation model is established to evaluate the factors of public organization performance. The results show that the model can avoid the o- mitting and loss of statistic information, which helps to solve the problem that accuracy assessment may deviate from the fact.
