摘要
研究了分散剂对于纳米TiO_2颗粒在正丁醇中分散效果的影响,分别加入分散剂三乙醇胺、SDBS,吐温-80。乳化剂OP-10等来改善其分散性,通过稀悬浮液的吸光度、平均粒径、Zeta电位来表征分散效果的好坏,吸光度越大,平均粒径越小,Zeta电位越大,则分散稳定性越好。结果表明:在5 ml正丁醇中加入1 mgTiO_2,再分别加入各种分散剂,当三乙醇胺(TEA)的质量分数为1.4%时,SDBS的质量分数为0.8%时,吐温-80的质量分数为0.8%,乳化剂OP-10的质量分数为0.6%时,分别对应的分散体系有较好的分散稳定性。
The dispersion of titania powders in solvents has been studied, and results show butanol is the best solvent for the dispersion of titania?articles. TEA, SDBS, Tween-80 and OP-10 have been employed as dispersants to improve the dispersion ability of titania powders. The dispersion effect has been characterized by absorption, average size and zeta-potential. The results reveal that when the concentrations of TEA, SDBS, Tween-80 and OP-10 are 1.4wt%, 0.8we%, 0.8wt%, and 0.6wt% respectively, the corresponding suspension systems have good dispersion stability
