纳米SnO_2涂层对α-Al_2O_3微滤膜的改性研究

摘要 以SnCl_4与氨水为主要原料,采用原位生成法,对α-Al_2O_3微滤膜进行SnO_2改性,考察了反应物浓度和涂覆次数对改性作用及膜孔结构的影响。结果表明:当SnCl_4溶液的浓度为0.05mol/L、涂覆次数为2次时,SnO_2的改性作用最佳,改性后的α-Al_2O_3微滤膜纯净水通量最高,增幅达到22.6%。同时发现,经SnO_2改性后的α-Al_2O_3微滤膜,其孔径分布窄,具有良好的孔结构。 α-Al2O3 micro filtration membrane was modified with SnO2 utilizing in situ synthesis, and SnC14 and ammonia were used as main materials. The influence of reactant concentration and coating times on modification and pore structure of membrane was studied. The results show that the modification of SnO2 is best and the pure water flux of modified membrane is highest when the concentration of SnCh is 0.05 mol/L and the coating times is twice. The amplitude of flux reaches 22.6%. At the same time, the pore diameter distribution of α-Al2O3 micro filtration membrane is narrow and the membrane has well pore structure, which is modified with SnO2.
