摘要
创意产业是文化产业发展到新阶段的产物,它与科技创新具有极大的关联性。在创意产业发展演化的过程中,科技创新作为技术后盾和催化动力,把文化生产力要素和技术条件的新组合纳入到文化大生产过程中,形成了创意产业发展的周期运动,构成了科技创新与创意产业发展的内在机理,即创意产业的周期性演化机理、创意产业与科技创新的协同循环机理以及科技创新与创意产业发展的悖论。基于创意产业的内在机理,发展创意产业应注重创意需求的开拓、创意人才队伍的建设以及创意产品的开发。
Creative industry is a new thing which appearances with the new development stage of culture industry.The scientific-technological innovation and creative industry have relevance.Therefore,in the background of scientific-technological innovation,the relationship between scientific-technological innovation and creative industry can be expressed as the following laws: the growth cycle rule of creative industry which is decided by scientific-technological innovation;the interactive and synergistic cycle regularity for the development of creative industry and scientific-technological innovation;the paradox for the development of creative industry and scientific-technological innovation.In an information society and the era of scientific-technological innovation,with the law of the creative industry which be guided by scientific-technological innovation,the strategy should develop creative demands,cultivate creative talented persons and produce creative products.
