恶性肿瘤病人血EPO浓度分析

摘要 促红细胞生成素（erythropoietin,EPO）主要是由肾小管间质细胞产生,是人体内促进骨髓红系增殖、分化和成熟的主要细胞因子。为进一步明确恶性肿瘤患者血清EPO水平和癌性贫血水平之间的关系,为这类贫血患者临床使用人重组促红细胞生成素（rHuEPO）治疗提供依据,笔者对146例恶性肿瘤患者的血清EPO水平进行了检测,分析报告如下：
