摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱测定甲氧氯普胺片中甲氧氯普胺的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法[色谱柱：依利特，BDS（5μm，4．6mm×250mm）；流动相：甲醇-乙腈-醋酸盐缓冲液（pH4，含0．1％三乙胺）（7：1875）；流速：1．0ml·min^-1；检测波长：273nm；拄温：40℃。结果实验表明甲氧氯普胺含量在18．4～73．6恤g·mL^-1范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系（r=0．9999）；加样回收率考察，甲氧氯普胺平均回收率为99．4％，RSD=1．2％（n=9）。结论本方法准确可靠，可作为甲氧氯普胺片的含量测定方法。
OBJECTIVE To Establish a method for the content determination of metoclopramide in metoclopramide tablets by RP-HPLC. METHODS Kromasil C18 Was the chromatographic column, the mobile phase was methanol-acetonitrile-composed of HAC-NaAC （pH4, tith 0. 1% triethylamine）（7： 18： 75） with detection wavelength at 273nm and flow speed at 1.0ml · min^-1 injection volume was 20μL. RESULTS The line range of metoclopramide was 18.4 ～ 73.6μg · mL^-1, （r = 0. 9999 ） ;The average recovery rate was 99.4% （n = 9）. CONCLUSION The method was simpleratpid accurate and hige sensitivit,which can be used for the content determination of meoclopramide in meoclopramide tablets.
