摘要
带叶切割５～６茎节烟苗茎节置２８℃沙床保湿培养，６～１０ｄ茎上生出不定根，同时腋芽开始生长。１株烟苗经２次无性繁殖可扩增到２５～３５株。该无性系在株高、单株叶数。
The cuttings with leaves of the 5～6th internode were placed in Sandin high humidity box for 6～10 days,a lot of roots formed at the base of the cuttings,and the axillary bads spouted.By using this way,a tobacco secdling can be proliferated to 25～35 plantets.The genetic stability of the cutting seedlings was much better than that of the seedlings in the characters of plant and the disease resistance.
