摘要
制造过程中产生大量数据,这些数据质量的好坏影响着其使用的有效性。文章从数据产生的关键流程出发,利用统计过程控制方法对数据质量的属性进行诊断、分析并加以监控,建立了数据质量的监控体系,并进行了实例分析,为系统、全面地提高制造质量提供了理论基础和应用依据。
Many data will product in the manufacture process, which affects the data using validity. Based on the key processes of the data production and the statistical process control, the data quality controlling system is established, which included the data quality property diagnose, analysis and control. At last the application example is described. The paper provides basic theory and application reference to improve manufacture quality systematically and thoroughly.
