摘要
以8个陆地棉品种(系)为材料,对棉花的一些生化抗虫机制进行了研究,结果表明:棉子仁中,有毒成分棉酚含量高对害虫抗性好。在营养成分中,蛋白质含量低则有利于提高棉花的抗虫性。通径分析表明:棉子仁中棉酚含量高对棉花种了受害率有负的直接效应;可溶性糖。
upland cotton lines were used to study the mechanism of biochemical resistance to the pink bollworm. The result showed that those with higher content of gossypal and lower content of protein in seed kernels had better resistance to pink bollworm. Path analysis indicated that high gossypol content in seed kernels had negative direct effects on the percent of seed damage, whereas high content of sduble sugar and protein had significantly positive direct ones.
