摘要
针对目前我国工程监理中存在的问题,从强化监理委托程序、严格监理资质管理、提高监理队伍的素质和监理能力、提倡监理服务优质优价等方面提出了解决的对策,从而完善我国的建设监理体制,保证工程项目质量。
According to the problems existed in current project supervision in China, it brings forward solving measures from many aspects such as strengthening supervising entrusted procedure, severe supervision of qualification management, improving the quality and ability of supervising groups and promoting the supervising service quality, so as to improve the constructing supervision system of China, and ensure the quality of project item.
