摘要
双马来酰亚胺树脂(BMI)具有优异的耐高温等优良特性,因此广泛用于航空航天等领城。但是,未改性双马亚酰亚胺树脂熔点高、溶解性差、脆性大,而通过增韧改性却可以较好地改善其性能,更好满足加工工艺和使用性能上的需要。介绍了二元胺增韧、烯类化合物增韧、热塑性树脂增韧、橡胶增韧、无机填料增韧等几种双马来亚胺树脂的改性增韧方法。
Bismaleimide is widely used in aircraft and aerospace industry for its excellent thermal resistance. But bismaleimide unmodified is high melting point, bad solubility and brittle. Its performance can be improved by means of toughening modification, and make it meet the requirement of processing and application. Several toughening methods are introduced in this paper, such as diamines, allyl compounds, thermoplastic resins, rubbers, and inorganic filler toughening.
