摘要
采用单向拉伸试验、金相显微分析和扫描电镜观察,研究了退火工艺对汽车用5182铝合金板的力学性能、应变硬化指数及显微组织的影响。结果表明,5182铝合金板材随着退火温度的上升,保温时间的延长,抗拉强度略有下降,但伸长率和应变硬化指数却大幅提高,分别达到26.5%和0.34。在380℃退火24 h,材料已完成再结晶,且晶粒细小均匀,拉深性能较优。
Through the tensile tests, metallograph microscope and SEM, the effects of different annealing treatments on the tensile properties, strain hardening exponent (n) and microstructures of 5182 aluminium alloy for automobile body sheets were investigated. The results show that with increasing the annealing temperature and elongating the holding time, the tensile strength of 5182 alloy sheet decrease slightly, but its elongation and strain hardening exponent increase sharply, which reach 26. 5% and 0. 34 respectively. Annealed at 380 ℃ for 24 h ,the alloy accomplishes the recrystallization and obtain fine and homogeneous grains. The drawability of the alloy is improved also.
