摘要
为了顺利开发生产Tencel/Modal/珍珠纤维40/30/30 14.8 tex赛络纱,优化纺纱工艺,根据3种原料的性能,进行了纺纱工艺试验。结果表明:采用圆盘混和工艺,清梳工艺设计在纤维开松与纤维损伤之间找到一个最佳结合点,并、粗、细工序注重减少纱疵,工艺参数的设计遵循"轻定量、慢车速"的工艺原则,能够保证较好的成纱质量。针对Tencel/Modal/珍珠纤维40/30/30 14.8 tex赛络纱纺制过程中纤维均匀混和、纱疵预防、单纱防止及车间温湿度控制问题,提出了相关的管理措施,保证了成纱质量的稳定。
To develop Tencel/Modal/pearl fiber 40/30/30 14.8 tex siro yarn and optimize spinning processing,spinning test was done according to the speciality of three materials. The practice shows that blending was adopted, and the best combination between fiber opening and fiber damage should be found in cleaning and carding process, defects should be reduced in drawing process, roving process and spinning process, small weight per unit and slow speed is the principle for designing processing parameters to guarantee yarn quality. Relative management measures are proposed according to the problems in spinning Tencel/Modal/pearl fiber 40/30/30 14.8 tex, the problems are evenness blending, defects prevention, single yarn prevention and control of workshop moisture temperature.
