摘要
残膜回收机搂膜连杆机构由弹齿和四连杆机构组成,弹齿固定在连杆上输送和收集残膜。分析弹齿的运动并以弹齿的运动轨迹最优为目标,建立了该连杆机构优化设计数学模型。运用模糊优化原理和方法对约束函数中的许用条件进行模糊化处理,建立了模糊优化设计模型,采用最优水平截集法求解模糊优化问题。已知曲柄、机架和弹齿的结构尺寸,设计计算出连杆和摇杆的最佳尺寸为390mm和385mm,比原机构减小13.3%和8.3%。
The links mechanism of the remnant plastic film collector consists of elastic teeth and fourlinks mechanism. The elastic teeth fixes on links for feeding and gleaning the remnants film. In order to analyze the motion of elastic teeth and optimize its moving track, the mathematics model of the link mechanism was established in this paper. Many factors of restriction function were fuzzily disposed with fuzzy optimization principles and means. The fuzzy optimization problem was dealt with optimization gather intercept of level. Based on the known structure sizes of brace, frame and elastic teeth, optimal sizes of links and rockers, 390 mm and 385 mm, were worked out, and they are smaller 13.3% and 8.4% than before.
