摘要
利用无模成型技术和液压伺服控制技术设计了全自动液压数控弯管机,采用工业控制计算机生成弧度渐变的弯管曲线,由计算机全程控制加工过程的无模化弯管加工。克服了依靠固定模具仿形加工车辆骨架弧度管方法的缺点。阐述了弯管机工作原理和弧度管轨迹形成原理,对弯管截面形状控制、控制系统设计和弯管回弹控制与补偿等关键技术进行了研究。试验表明,新型数控弯管机能够满足多种车骨架加工的技术要求,大大提高弯管效率。
This paper designed the hydraulic CNC pipe bender with dieless forming technology and hydraulic servocontrol technology. The pipe bender can create variational pipe bending curve. It is controlled by computer. The hydraulic CNC pipe bender can work without mould. It has conquered the old method in machining the pipe of bus frame, which depend on aptotic mould formerly. This paper has expatiated the working principle of pipe bender and the forming principle of radian pipe track, and researched on controlling the shape of pipe section, designing control system, controlling and compensating of the spring-back of pipe bending etc. The new pipe bender can satisfy the request of manufacturing various bus frame, and improve efficiency of pipe bending obviously.
