摘要
以处方教学班级为实验组,传统教学班级为对照组来研究处方教学在影响学生身体素质、锻炼感觉体验和心理健康方面的异同。通过实验研究,证明运动处方的实施对中学生心理健康有较大的改善,其调控主要集中在学习焦虑、过敏倾向、身体症状、恐怖倾向几个方面,为今后利用运动处方科学地对中学生进行强身健心和为国家体委推行全民健身计划提供理论和实践指导方面的依据。
In this study, teaching classes prescription for the experimental group,traditional teaching classes as a control group to study the impact of prescription teaching students physical fitness, sensory experience and training mental health records. Experimental research to prove that the exercise presexiption for the implementation of secondary school students have greater mental health improvements, its regulation mainly concentrated in the study of anxiety, allergic tendencies, physical symptoms, several terrorist tendencies, it provides justification theory and practice for the future use of the scientific exercise prescription for students to the physical and health centers and the State Committee for the implementation of the National Fitness Program based on the guidance.
