摘要
从2006-2007年河南省发生猪高热病的65家猪场196份病料中分离到6株革兰氏阴性细小杆菌,通过培养特性试验和生化试验初步怀疑为副猪嗜血杆菌,将其进行PCR鉴定,结果表明,分离菌为副猪嗜血杆菌。对6株分离株进行小鼠毒力试验和药物敏感试验,结果表明,6株分离菌能致死小鼠,对头孢他啶、头孢噻呋、头孢唑啉、头孢哌酮、多西环素、痢特灵敏感。
Six Gram negative small bacilli were isolated from 196 samples of 65 farms, which had high fever disease from 2006 to 2007. These six strains were suspected to be Haeopilus parasuis (Hps) according to their culture characteristics and biochemical assay. These strains were identified by PCR. The result showed that all the 6 strains were Hps. The mice virulence and drug senstive test showed that these 6 strains were lethal to mice and sensetive to ceftazidime, cefotaxime, cefazolin, cefoperazone,doxycycline and furazolidone.
