摘要
在详细分析弹簧触头的特点和结构要素的基础上,讨论了触头座沟槽尺寸、极限圈数和额定圈数的计算方法,并通过对部分产品实验数据的分析,得出了触头通流能力、接触压力和接触电阻与热稳定核算的方法。结果表明,其精度可以满足产品设计需要。
Based on the analysis of characters and structures of spring contacts, calculation method for dimensions of contact base slot, limited turns and rated turns were discussed. The checking method for current flowing ability, touching pressure, touching resistance and thermal stability of the contacts were presented based on large amount of test data. The results show that it's accuracy can meet the requirement of product design.
