不同激素处理富源本地黄牛与短本杂一代黄牛同期发情试验 被引量:1

摘要 为了比较不同品种的黄牛用不同激素处理后的同期发情效果,以筛选出适合本地不同牛群及环境的较优杂交方案。将137头健康空怀黄母牛(其中本地黄母牛72头,短本杂一代黄母牛65头)分为4个组,第1、2组为本地黄母牛,第3、4组为短本杂一代黄母牛,分别用2种不同的方法进行同期发情处理。第1、3组注射三合激素;第2、4组注射促排3号-氯前列烯醇-促排3号。结果表明,第1组、第2组、第3组、第4组经不同的激素处理后,发情率分别为59.38%、87.5%、58.62%、86.11%,第2组的发情率显著高于第1组(P<0.05),第4组的发情率显著高于第3组(P<0.05),而第1组和第3组、第2组和第4组的发情率差异不显著(P>0.05)。结果提示发情率的高低与品种的相关性不大,促排3号-氯前列烯醇-促排3号可能是较适合富源黄母牛的同期发情方案。 The treatments of different hormone on oestrus synchronization of different cattle breed were compared to select better combination of different cattle population and environment. 72 native cattle and 65 hybrid F1 cattle were assigned to two groups, respectively. Group 1 and group 2 was native cow, group 3 and group 4 were hybrid F1 cattle. The cattle of group 1 and group 3 were treated with a compound of three kinds of hormone, and the cattle of group 2 and group 4 were injected ovulation stimulator 3-cloprostenol-ovulation stimulator 3. The results indicated that the ratio of oestrus synchronization of group 1-4 was 59.38%, 87.5%, 58.62% and 86.11%, respectively. The ratio of oestrus synchronization group 2 was significantly higher than that of group 1, and the ratio of oestrus synchronization group 4 was significantly higher than that of group 3 (P〈0.05). There were no differences between group 1 and group 3, and between group 2 and group 4 (P〉0. 05). This suggested that there was no association between ratio of oestrus synchronization and breeds. Ovulation stimulator 3-cloprostenol -ovulation stimulator 3 treatment is a feasible program for Fuyuan cows.
