摘要
1990年代以来,国内学者关于教师心理健康的实证研究,在教师心理健康观、教师心理健康总体变化、教师心理健康在人口学变量上的差异、其他观测指标的研究、教师心理健康预测因素研究等方面取得了一系列研究成果,同时也存在着不足:如研究设计比较简单、研究取样地域性较强、统计分析方法相对简单、测评工具相对陈旧、理论模型构建不够完善、实践性干预策略研究匮乏等。
Based on systematic analysis on the domestic researchers on teachers' mind health since 1990s, the authors of this paper give an review from several aspects: the view of teachers' mind health; the trend of teachers' mind health as a whole ; the difference in the demographical variable ; the researches on other index; the researches on the predicting variables. Uheriorly, the authors analyse the lack of departed researches, which involves some aspects of research design, research sampling, statistical methods, metrical instruments, theoretical model and intervening strategy, and forecast the future orientation of the research of teachers' mind health.
