摘要
研究了用锂盐和CTMAB改性制备新型无磷洗涤助剂层状结晶二硅酸钠的方法。其最佳工艺条件:摩尔比(Si∶CTMAB∶Li=40∶1∶2),泡花碱n(SiO2)/n(Na2O)=2.00±0.05,喷雾干燥粉含水低于12%(质量分数),焙烧温度715℃、时间30min,所得产品的钙离子交换能力大于370mg/g,镁离子交换能力大于400mg/g。并将产品用XRD和FT-IR进行了初步表征,同时将其用于前配料洗衣粉中,取得了较好的洗涤效果。
The layer crystal sodium disilicate is a high performance phosphate-free detergent additive, which would not cause the rich-nutrition problem. The paper studies the use of lithium salts and CTMAB modified in preparation of a new phosphate-free detergent additive layered crystal of sodium. The Optimum Process conditions as following :The molar ratio (Si :CTMAB:Li=40: l:2),n(SiO2/n(Na2)= 2.00 ± 0.05, the water content of dried powder〈12%(mass);The roast temperature and time is 715℃ and 30 minutes. The product of the Ca^2+ exchanging capacity is greater than 370 mg/g,The Mg^2+ exchanging capacity is greater than 400 mg/g:The products are characterized by XRD and FT-IR techniques. While products is used as laundry powder workshop front ingredient control, we attained better results.
