摘要
针对开关磁阻电动机双凸极结构的特点,系统阐述了用Ansys对电动机进行有限元分析的前处理、求解和后处理以及二次开发的关键步骤;给出了Ansys下磁阻电动机径向力和转矩的计算方法,分析了不同的定转子极弧角度对电机径向力和转矩特性的影响。通过二次开发,为该型电动机的优化设计打下了良好基础。
Due to the double-salient structure of SR motor, this paper illustrates the key procedure on the second development in finite element method (FEM) analysis of SR motor based on Ansys, including preprocess, solve and postprocess, the computation method of SR motor radial force and torque with Ansys is given, in addition it analyses the influence of different stator pole angle and different rotor pole angle on radial force and torque character of SR motor.
