摘要 目的探讨来源于乳鼠嗅球与成年大鼠嗅粘膜嗅鞘细胞(OECs)生长特性和生物学活性的区别,为临床应用不同来源OECs提供理论支持。方法选取成年SD大鼠嗅粘膜和乳鼠嗅球的OECs,通过原代培养,在不同时间观察细胞形态和生长趋势,测定培养细胞上清中神经营养因子-Ⅲ(NT-3)的含量。结果培养出相应OECs,同时期源自乳鼠嗅球OECs细胞活性高于嗅粘膜OECs,进入平台期后二者生物学活性一致。结论不同来源的OECs生长特性有差别,但其生物学活性一致。 Objecttive To investigate the biological and growth characteristics of the olfactory ensheating cells were dissociated from olfactory bulb of neonate SD rat and olfactory mucosa of majority SD rat and offer the theory support for clinical application. Methods Though the Primary cultures of this distinct source OECs. We observe the cell growth tendency and the shapes of cells at different time, determine the NT-3 of culture fluid. Results The OECs could be cultured and had same biologic activity in platform times. Conclusion the distinct source OECs had same biologic activity, although their growth characteristics were different.
