小麦中20种三嗪类除草剂残留量的超高效液相色谱测定 被引量:10

摘要 建立了超高效液相色谱快速、准确、高灵敏度测定小麦中20种三嗪类除草剂残留量的分析方法,并用于实际样品的分析。样品经丙酮提取、弗罗里硅土柱净化,用超高效液相色谱(UPLC)测定。该法在5min内即可完成20种三嗪类除草剂的分离及检测。20种三嗪类除草剂在0.05~6.0mg/kg范围内线性良好,相关系数>0.999。在0.02~1.0mg/kg浓度范围内,其中19种三嗪除草剂平均加标回收率在72.94%~100.08%之间,相对标准偏差为0. 7%~10.1%。应用此方法对实际小麦样品进行测定分析,结果满意。此方法可同时满足进、出口小麦中多种三嗪类除草剂残留量的检验需要。 An analytical method was developed for the simultaneous determination of 20 triazine herbicide residues in wheat using Ultra Performance LC^TM ( UPLC ) for detection. The triazine herbicides were extracted with acetone from wheat samples. The extract was cleaned up using a Florisil cartridge. The 20 Triazines can be separated and detected in 5 min, which is much shorter than that by the conventional liquid chromatography. The concentration ranges of triazine herbicides were 0.05 - 6.0mg/kg, and the correlation coefficients of the linear were 〉0. 999. The average recoveries of triazine herbicides in spiked wheat ranged from 72.94% to 100.08% ,and the relative standard deviations were between 0.7% and 10.1%. The method was also applied to determine triazine herbicide residues in real wheat samples, and the result was satisfactory. It can meet the requirements for simultaneous determination of many triazine herbicides in import & export inspection for wheat.
