摘要
用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)、蒙脱土为原料,在80℃搅拌混合1 h,制备了有机蒙脱土。在吗啉类气相缓蚀剂合成过程中,通过添加有机蒙脱土对其进行改性,有机蒙脱土和吗啉的质量比为0.9∶20,反应时间为5h,反应温度为50℃。用密闭空间挥发减重实验、气相防锈甄别实验和气相缓蚀能力实验对改性气相缓蚀剂的性能进行了测定,结果表明,有机蒙脱土改性气相缓蚀剂的72 h密闭空间挥发失重率增加到2.5%,对碳钢的缓蚀率为94.3%。模拟大气腐蚀水的电化学极化曲线表明,当有机蒙脱土改性气相缓蚀剂的质量分数为0.5%时,将导致碳钢电极腐蚀电位正移至-0.547 8 V,腐蚀电流密度降低为4.475μA.cm-2,有机蒙脱土改善了吗啉类气相缓蚀剂的挥发能力和缓蚀性能。
Montmorillonite was modified with hexadecyltrimethyl ammonium bromide ( CTAB ) through cation-exchange reaction at 80 ℃. The organic montmorillonite (OMMT) was introduced in the synthesis of morpholinium volatile corrosion inhibitor (VCI). The best mass ratio of OMMT to morpholine is 0. 9 : 20, reaction time is 5 h, and reaction temperature is controlled below 50℃. The modified morpholinium volatile corrosion inhibitor(MVCI) showed good inhibition effect against carbon steel corrosion. The volatile weightloss ratio of MVCI increased up to 2. 5% during 72 h in closed space. The inhibition efficiency of MVCI for carbon steel is 94. 3% in the volatile inhibitor sieve test. The polarization curves showed a positive shift of corrosion potential to - 0. 547 8 V (SCE) for carbon steel electrode in stimulated atmospheric corrosion water containing 0.5% MVCI, and the corrosion current density was 4. 475μA· cm^-2
