成分血联合输注抢救交通伤的临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的了解成分血联合输注抢救交通伤的疗效观察。方法随机抽取各50例分成甲乙两组。甲组按照成分血联合输注作为实验组,乙组按照临床医师经验判断输注作为对照组,二者进行比较,并进行统计学处理。结果甲组与乙组比较用量减少17.6%,输血小板、冷沉淀上升18.9%,而输红细胞下降28.1%,抢救成活率增加8.5%。结论成分血联合输注对交通伤抢救疗效肯定,值得基层医院推广使用。 Objective Understanding ingredient blood of feeding in unite rescuing traffic incident's curative effect observing. Methods 100 examples were divided two groups randomly. The first group ,according to ingredient blood of unite feeding was regarded as experimental group,the second group ,according to clinical doctors' experience judge of blood transfusion was regarded as control group. Two groups were compared statistically. Results The first group's blood trandfusion reduced 17. 60% as the second group's, feeding in PLT and LCD increased 18.9% and RBC reduced 28. 10%,but survival rate increase 8. 5% percent. Conclusion The curation of ingredient blood unitely feeding in to rescue traffic incident is undoubtedly,it is worth to extend and employ in the hospitals of basic level.
