摘要
对常温贮藏下新农1号狗牙根Cynodon dactyloncv.Xinnong No.1种子劣变进行研究,结果表明:随贮藏年限增加,新农1号狗牙根种子的发芽指数(GI)、发芽势(GE)、活力指数(VI)、发芽率(G)、电导率及可溶性糖均表现先逐渐增大,达到最大值时下降的趋势;经相关分析,种子发芽指数、发芽率、活力指数三者间呈显著相关,可以衡量种子的老化程度,而电导率与种子的老化程度相关不显著;综合各项指标,新农1号狗牙根的贮藏年限最好不要超出4年,以2~3年最好。
Seed deterioration process of Xinnong No. 1 Bermuda grass (Cynodon dactylon) stored at room temperature was studied. The results showed that with the prolonging of storage, seed germination index,germination potential, vigor index, germination percentage, electric conductivity and soluble sugar increased to the maximum before decrease. Correlation analysis indicated that seed germination index,germination percentage and vigor index were significantly correlative and could be used to indicate seed aging. The electric conductivity had no significant correlation with seed aging. Taking all the indexes into consideration,the seed storage time of Xinnong No. 1 should not exceed 4 years and 2--3 years of storage was the best.
