摘要
矿井提升机电控系统的可控硅串级调速是通过在绕线异步电动机的转子回路中引入可调整的附加电势而产生的,它属于利用变转差率来实现的,可以无级平滑调速在低速时机械特性也比较硬。而采用PLC和智能控制器的全数字可控硅低同步串级调速系统,性能比较完善,在矿井提升机中应用是可行的。
The adjusting speed in a series of the controllable silicon of the mine elevator eleetron control system is realized by importing regulable accessional Potential in the rotor loop of a bobbin asynchronism eleetromotor, and using the charge transfer efficiency. At a low speed, the sleepless flatness timing is more mechanical, too. However, for the controllable silicon isochronous series low timing system, that using the digital PLC and intelligent controller its capability is more consurmnate, which is doable to the mine elevator in the abstract.
