摘要
针对广东银岩铜铋钼锡矿进行了选矿工艺研究,采用先浮选硫化矿,以重选—细泥浮选—重选组合流程从硫尾矿中回收锡石,获得含锡56.11%、回收率74.20%的锡精矿和含钼47.22%、回收率67.65%的钼精矿,并得到含铋24.88%、回收率34.17%的铋精矿和含铜12.76%、回收率56.93%的铜精矿两个考察产品。该工艺技术可行,流程简单,指标可靠。
Mineral processing technology have been studied for the ores in a Cu-Bi-Mo-Sn deposit in Guangdong. By adopting the processing plan that firstly to reclaim sulphide ore using flotation, subsequently to reclaim cassiterite using combinational flowsheet consisting gravity separation-slime flotation-gravity seperation, a tin concentrate containing Sn 56.11% with a recovery of 74.20% and a molybdenum concentrate containing Mo 47.22% with a recovery of 67.65% were obtained . And two exploratory products comprising a copper concentrate containing Cu 12.76% with a recovery of 56.93% and a bismuth concentrate containing Bi 24.88% with a recovery of 34.71% were also obtained . This processing plan is of engineering advisableness, flowsheet simplicity and indices credibility.
