摘要 本文概述了由天然气转化为较高价值的石化产品的意义及发展现状。着重介绍了UOP/HYDROMTO工艺和专门开发的UOPMID-100催化剂的特性;突出了在边远产气地区或现有石脑油裂解装置更新改造中应用的优越性。示范工厂运行结果和经济分析表明,采用UOP/HYDROMTO反应器和再生器以及UOPMTO-11催化剂,从廉价天然气制取高价的乙烯和丙烯在经济上是有吸引力的。在乙烯和丙烯之间的产品结构调整中还拥有较大的弹性,足以适应市场变化的需求。 The Paper gives a general discription on the significance and present status of development concerning conversion of natural gas to higher-value petrochemicals. Emphasis has been put on the presentation of the distinctive features of the UOP/HYDRO MTO technology and the specially developed catalyst UOP MTO-100. The advantages in application of such technology to remote naturalgas rich areas and the revamp of existing naphtha cracking units have been stressed. The performance of the demonstrative plant and economical analysis show tha the application of UOP/HYDRO MTO reactor and regenerator and the UOP MTO catalyst to produce high -value ethylene and Propylence from low-value natural gas is economically attractive. Inaddition, the high flexibility in modification of product structure between ethylene and propylene allows the process to meet changing market conditions.
