造纸厂选择润滑剂常见的误区

Some Misunderstandings for Paper Mills in Choosing Lubricant

摘要 分析了目前国内纸厂选择和使用润滑剂时通常存在的6种误区和错误认识,及因此产生的一些造纸设备润滑缺陷和对经济效益的影响,提出了在纸厂特别是重要设备和中高速造纸机上使用高性能润滑剂的建议,并列举了改进润滑后取得的良好效果的案例,以供造纸厂生产线润滑系统改造时参考。 It was shown that there were 6 common misunderstandings for paper mills in choosing lubricant. Defects of lubrication occurred frequently, and they resulted in less economic profits. High-performance lubricant was suggested to be applied in important equipments and high-speed paper machines. Some successful examples were introduced, which was good reference for reforming lubricant system in product line of paper mills
