摘要
对５９例食管癌的手术切除大体标本和３７例经胃纤维内窥镜活检病理证实食管癌的食管粘膜组织标本（研究组）与对６０例胃炎和２７例溃疡病患者行胃纤维内窥镜活检的食管粘膜组织标本（对照组）用ＨＰＵＴＳＱ－Ｈ１０４进行半定量测试ＨＰ感染程度的测定结果显示，研究组ＨＰ感染率（８６．２％）明显高于对照组ＨＰ感染率（２８．７％）。随机抽查２０例食管癌标本用光镜和电镜检出癌旁组织ＨＰ感染率１００％。
The authors analyed the helicobacter pylori infection degree of esophageal mucous tested by HPUT SQ H104 using a semi quantitative techenique. Mucous of esophageal carcinoma, 59 gross specimens from surgical resection and 37 biopsy specimens from fiberoptic examination were included in the research group. 60 biopsy specimens of gastrotitis and 27 of gastric ulceration were included in control group. The result showed that the HP infection rate was 86.2% and 28.7% in resarch group and control group respectively with statistic significant difference, which may indicate the close correlation of HP infection and esophagus carcinoma.
