生长因子联合引导性再生技术在口腔种植治疗中的应用 被引量:7

Combined application of growth factor and guided regeneration technique in dental implantation

摘要 随着膜屏障和骨移植材料的发展,引导性再生技术已广泛应用于口腔种植修复及外科重建领域。将生长因子复合到生物活性材料上,利用其促进骨再生的特性而进一步提高骨诱导活性并增强骨性整合已成为目前研究的热点。 With the development of membrane barrier and bone transplant matelials, guided bone regeneration (GBR)/guided tissue regeneration (GTR) has been widely used in the fields of dental implantation and surgical reconstruction. Growth factors can further enhance bone regeneration and osteointegration around the implants. Combined application of growth factors and GBR/GTR technique would be a promising method in treatment of bone deficiency in dental implantation.
