摘要
分析了容栅式传感器的结构和原理,以及该传感器在长度测量中的应用。对于声速测定仪中电子数显尺的常见故障原因进行了分析,并总结出维修方法。
This paper described the structure and theory of displacement measurement sensor and its application in length measure . Also it analysed the cause of the faults of the electronic displaying ruler in sound speed measuring unit. And it summarized the maintenance method.
