螺压反应挤出改性聚合物研究进展

摘要 综述了近10年螺压反应挤出改性聚合物的研究进展,分4部分介绍了螺压挤出加工聚合物的研究。分别为螺压接枝反应技术和提高产物接枝率的方法;螺压交联反应技术和加快交联速率的方法;螺压聚合物嵌段反应技术和聚合物嵌段反应改性后生成嵌段物的细微结构;加入改性剂的螺压控制降解反应技术以提高降解物的物理性能和表观质量。最后展望了反应挤出技术的发展方向。 The developments of research on screw reactive extrusion technology in polymer processing during nearly ten years are summarized. The developments of modifying the polymer through grafting reaction, crosslinking reaction, blocking reaction and the control of degradation reaction in screw extrusion are introduced. In the first part, the technology of screw grafting reaction and the grafting rate of the product are introduced. In the second part, the technology of screw crosslinking reaction and method of improving the speed of crosslinking are introduced. In the third part, the technology of screw blocking reaction is introduced, and the fine structure of the product of blocking reaction polymer is discussed. In the fourth part, the methods of adding modifier to improve the physical properties and apparent quality in the technology of control of screw degradation reaction are introduced. The futurity of development in screw reactive extrusion technology is introduced.
