摘要
本文以连续挤压机的锁模液压系统为研究对象。建立了系统的数学模型,并运用了MATLAB7.1中的Simulink工具箱,在计算机上对系统的动态特性进行了仿真分析,得出相应的曲线,从而为锁模液压系统的动态特性做出了正确的评价,为液压系统及自动换向增压器的设计提供了较为科学的依据。
The thesis with study of a hydraulic lock mould for continuous extrusion machinery for research object. Build up the mathematics model of the system,by using Simulink toolbox of MATLAB7.1carried simulate analysis.Get related curve the dynamic characteristics of the system on the computer, so did for the dynamic characteristics that the system of hydraulic lock mould provide right evaluation,and provided the basis of science for the design that the hydraulic system and pressure booster.
