呕吐毒素是一种常见的真菌毒素,在饲料广泛存在。本文综述了霉菌呕吐毒素的污染状况、对畜禽的危害及其毒性机理,并提出了防治措施。
Vomitoxin （Deoxynivalenol） produced by a number of fungal genera is one of the most common mycotoxins found in feed.The contamination,the hazardous and the poisoness mechanism of vomitoxin to agricultural animals,and the countermeasure of prevention of vomitoxin were summarized.
