摘要
由五氯化磷和氯化铵合成了六氯环三磷腈(Ⅰ),通过亲和取代反应由苯胺和Ⅰ合成了六(苯胺基)环三磷腈(Ⅱ),并对化合物Ⅰ和Ⅱ进行了元素分析,IR谱和质谱表征;用化合物Ⅱ与ABS树脂共混制备了阻燃ABS树脂,测试了其氧指数和力学性能等指标。发现化合物Ⅱ的加入,其氧指数得到提高且改善了ABS树脂的力学性能。
Hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene(Ⅰ) was synthesized with pentachloride and ammonium chloride, then we synthesized hexa(aniline)cyclotriphosphazene(Ⅱ)by Ⅰ reacting with aniline through nucleophilic substitution. Compound Ⅰ,Ⅱ was characterized by MS spectra, IR spectra, elementary composition. Using Ⅱ , we prepared fire-resistant ABS resin and the limited oxygen index (LOI) and other mechanical properties were tested. It was found that LOI rose and the me chanical properties were improved.
